As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will be managing a portfolio of motor vehicle claims via face-to-face interactions for our customers within the Auckland region. You'll help our customers by providing exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their motor vehicle claim and ensuring you are creating a stress-free customer experience so they can get back on the road. Other typical duties include:
Liaising with external consultants, repairers, customers, and expert advisors while maintaining and developing long-term supplier relationships.Assisting our customers with their claim queries through email and phone enquiries. Each of our centres has a dedicated 0800 number to ensure we can deliver a timely service.Diligently handling your claims to ensure they are turned around as quickly as possible.A bit about you You are the kind of person who loves helping your customers in their time of need. Your ability to provide clear simple next steps, provide solutions, and think outside the box will be key in delivering exceptional customer service, whatever the situation.
Experienced in multitasking and managing workload/portfolioConfident in phone communication with customersPrevious experience in a customer service rolePassionate about making a real difference for customersThe Customer Service Centre operates Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm. The successful candidate will need to be able to work within these hours on a rotational basis.
