(4-5 weeks a definite mid November to mid December)Responsibilities:Experience in motel management.One person to mind office & assist with laundry; the second person to handle ground work when required and assist with laundry.Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with people professionally and in a friendly manner.Familiarity with Hospitality Booking system Seekom; training can be given to the right candidate.Coping well under pressure and in busy or difficult situations.Follow up on "Hand-on" notes and report to Managers.Understand the importance of customer confidentiality.Must have initiative, be trustworthy, and able to work independently.This position is a part-time or contract position and includes use of separate accommodation on site.Small staff team in place.Requirements:Must have a clear criminal history.Applicants must be NZ citizens or hold a residence visa with no restrictions and have a valid NZ driver license.This position is not suited for a single person.Would suit a mature couple with no dependents.Start Date: March 2025Application Questions:Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have in the hospitality & tourism industry?How many years' experience do you have as a Motel Manager?Are you available to work public holidays?
