Motel Manager

Full-Time Motel Manager – Beachside Motel and Holiday Park in West Coast, New Zealand We are seeking a highly motivated Motel Manager to join our beachside holiday park located on the stunning West Coast of New Zealand.
This is a full-time position offering at least 30 hours per week .
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related field graduated in Australia or New Zealand is preferred.
Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
Supervise security arrangements as well as garden and property maintenance .
Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities .
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and other legal regulations .
Regularly assess and review customer satisfaction .
Oversee accounting and purchasing activities .
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations .
Provide guests with local tourism information , and arrange tours and transportation as needed.
