As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the motel, including guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities: Administering and coordinating front-office duties, room service andhousekeeping duties?
Assigning duties to motel personnel, evaluating staff performance andensuring making sure that they adhere to company rules and regulations?
Managing motel facilities and enforcing strict compliance with health andsafety standards?
Overseeing security arrangements and maintenance of the motel facilities?
Conferring and cooperating with motel personnel for the Lodge's optimumefficiency, responding to queries regarding motel services and policies?
Planning and collaborating with suppliers, travel agencies, event/conferenceplanners and other relevant external parties?
Managing budget and financial activities?
Promoting and marketing the business?
Providing tourist information and facilitating booking tours if required?
Evaluating customer feedback, complaints and needs?
Interviewing, hiring and training motel staff?
Any other duties as may be reasonable required?
