As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the motel, including guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities: Administering and coordinating front-office duties, room service, and housekeeping duties.
Assigning duties to motel personnel, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations.
Managing motel facilities and enforcing compliance with health and safety standards.
Overseeing security arrangements and maintenance of the motel facilities.
Conferring and cooperating with motel personnel for optimum efficiency, responding to queries regarding motel services and policies.
Planning and collaborating with suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, and other relevant external parties.
Managing budget and financial activities.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Providing tourist information and facilitating booking tours if required.
Evaluating customer feedback, complaints, and needs.
Interviewing, hiring, and training motel staff.
Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Entire Motel Management.
Property Management (Repair & Maintenance).
Staff Management (Human Resource): Reception Staff, Housekeeping Staff, Preparing Rosters, Preparing Timesheets, Staff hiring, Staff firing/disposal, Staff disputes.
Stock & Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, Amenities, Linen & Towels, Furniture, All other supplies.
Motel Business Management, Daily: Market analysis, Room Rate updates, Responding to emails and relevant requests, Responding to guest requests.
Guest Relations: Managing bookings, complaints, compliments, requests, arranging activities, and airport transfers.
Night Duties: Answering phone calls, guest requests, complaints, room repair & maintenance, check-ins & check-outs, selling rooms.
Reporting: Consistent reporting to management of all matters taking place at your place of employment.
Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in motel or hotel management is required.
Tertiary level qualification in Business or Management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints.
Solid organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A high level of integrity and professionalism.
Willing to live on-site - Manager Accommodation will be provided.
