Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the the motel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the property to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise motel staff, including housekeeping and front desk personnel. Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure smooth operation. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the motel runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the motel's budget. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Manage online presence, including website and social media platforms. Foster relationships with local businesses and tourism organizations to promote the motel. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain safety protocols for guests and staff. Qualifications: Proven experience in motel or hotel management. A qualification in motel or hotel management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Financial acumen and budgeting experience Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
