As the Mortgage Area Manager, you'll beleading team of 14 MMM. You'll create a culture that is focused on successthrough delivering great customer outcomes and living our values. This willensure we deliver on our goal to be Customers 1st Choice in HomeLending.

You'll be a passionate advocate for our brand and driven to exceedour customers' expectations, most of all you will be a pro at coaching forperformance.
It goes without saying that you'll needstrong leadership skills and commercial acumen. We value our people and theirdevelopment too, so you'll need to be a natural coach and mentor, skilled at growinga team of home loan experts.
As part of a cross functional leadership team,you will have the ability to influence the future direction of the Bank andhave a direct impact on the customer experience.

Ability to take a customer centric approach to escalations and compliance. Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels. Highly skilled at interpreting and utilising data insights.
