You will develop your own network of customers while also working closely with newly qualified advisers across MTF Franchises, providing industry expertise and guidance in a mentor capacity.Key AccountabilitiesSupport our adviser network: Using your industry experience you will mentor and guide the MTF Franchise adviser network to ensure quality financial advice.Home Loan Recommendation: Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products, helping clients choose the best options for their circumstances.Financial Advice Provider: Provide high-quality financial advice, build trust through understanding our customer's needs, and finding solutions for those needs and their goals.Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.Compliance: Maintain an eye for detail that ensures our high standards are met.Additional support: Provide additional support to the Mortgage Specialist as required.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a related lending role.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of residential lending products and the New Zealand housing market.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in New Zealand.Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with data and analyse financial information.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., NZCFS Level 5 Residential Lending Strand) are required.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have the legal right to work in NZ (e.g. citizenship, residency, or permit)?What is the notice period for your current employment?Have you been convicted of any offence against the law in New Zealand or any other country?If Yes, please provide details: Convictions concealed under the Criminal Records (Clean Slate) Act 2004 should not be included.I acknowledge that all information I provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and that any incorrect or misleading information may lead to disqualification, or if appointed, to termination of Employment.
