Morning Tea Coordinator

Bethlehem College is a non-denominational, state-integrated, co-educational Christian College (Y1 -13). Staff enjoy excellent campus surroundings and fine facilities. The College's emphasis is on applying biblical principles to all aspects of the school curriculum and life. An undertaking to commit to the College's Special Character is a condition of all appointments.
We are seeking a permanent part-time Morning Tea Coordinator for 12.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (during term time only).
The hours of work are:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 9:15 am – 11:45 am
Wednesday and Friday: 9:00 am – 11:30 am (2.5 hours per day)
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the staffroom and function room and for administering the morning tea service for staff. On-the-job training will be provided.
Requirements:
A commitment to the Christian character of the College
Previous experience in food handling
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and remain calm
A positive team player with a willingness to learn
Demonstrated reliability and the ability to complete tasks independently
Remuneration is set at Step 1, in accordance with the School Caretakers, Cleaners, and Canteen Staff Collective Agreement.
