The successful candidate will mentor team members, set high standards, and exemplify the qualities we aspire to, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.Daily you will be providing:Leadership and direction - coaching, mentoring and providing feedbackPre-sales consulting - providing technical support and attending customer meetingsEscalation management - acting as escalation pointProject delivery - within time and budgetComprehensive documentation - ensuring up-to-date documentation is availableNa tou rourou - What you will bringIn addition to the below, we are looking for someone who is communicative, friendly, and supportive, with the ability to delegate, think logically, and problem-solve:Bachelor's level qualification in a STEM field, preferably IT relatedIndustry-related certifications (e.g., O365, Azure - MS102; MD102; AZ104; MS500)Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Escalation Resource (e.g., level 3 Engineer)Previous experience in a consulting role incorporating solution designing and implementation, ownership and mentoring in a project environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Offerings (O365 Admin and the Azure Portal)Understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) - Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, Single Sign-OnSolid knowledge of Azure Services and Infrastructure, including networking, virtual infrastructure, and PIMAdvanced skills and knowledge on SharePoint concepts, Teams applications, and security concepts across the O365 landscapeGeneral understanding of Microsoft Windows server and Workstation, Virtualization (VMWare and Hyper-V), and network switching (up to layer 3)Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience serving as an escalation pointABC delivers mission-critical technology and network solutions across New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific.
