Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: Carterton, OxfordshireContract Length: Until the end of March 2025Pay Rate: £12.99 per hourOur government client based in Oxfordshire is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Sorting and distributing mailPhotocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading dataAnswering telephone calls and relaying messagesCollating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written reportOverseeing administrative procedures and processesAssisting with budget preparation and control, if requiredActing as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sourcesPreparing routine correspondenceWorking pattern: 37 hours, 0800-16.30 Monday to FridayRequirements:Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalentNVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)Basic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood communication skills, both oral and writtenIf you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.Please apply online.
