The right candidate will receive full training and will work independently, attending sites with a fully equipped van to repair hydraulic breakdowns. Responsibilities: Timely customer service and business growth through quality service and relationship development. Job management using internal systems. Monitor inventory, ensure compliance with WHS (OHS) rules. Maintain uniforms and service vehicles, check equipment specifications, and adhere to ENZED Franchise System operations. Record keeping, sales reporting, participating in team meetings, and maintaining personal workspace. Stay updated on site inductions, product knowledge, sales performance, customer lists, and competitor activities. Requirements: Ideal candidates should be customer focused, confident, eager to learn. Mechanically minded (even if you currently work in an entirely different field, some of our best Hose Doctors have come from outside the industry), and ready for a change. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Current Driver's License. Trade background in a mechanical field preferred. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills.
