As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking shelves.
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Member to join our Plumbing and Bathroom department on a fixed-term contract, covering our busy Spring and Summer seasons.
The below fixed-term role is starting in November 2024 and finishing in February 2025
Wednesday to Saturday (34.5 Hours Per Week)
What you can expect in this role:
Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the right plants, gardening tools, and supplies for their needs.
Ensuring that all plants are well-maintained, watered, and displayed attractively. This includes monitoring plant health and addressing any issues promptly.
Offering expert gardening advice and tips to customers, helping them achieve the best results with their gardening projects.
Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the garden centre.
Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items such as bags of soil, pots, and plants.
