This unique role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to hit some home-runs across both our Showrooms and Trade departments.
For this position, we are looking for someone who understands all things 'Bathrooms', to be involved in the development of our Trade Business, as well as service our retail customers.
Someone who can consistently deliver exceptional customer service and truly understand our retail customers, yet has the ability to pivot as required, and meet the needs of our Trade Customers and their businesses.
We value high performers who can 'walk the talk' and who are naturally inclined to enjoy front-facing customer interactions and building strong partnerships. We're a pretty easy-going, down-to-earth bunch, but we also know when it's time to hit the gas pedal and get the job done!
If you have:
A knowledge of bathroom products and a strong sales background with an understanding of the building industry.
An eye for emerging markets, and you understand the value of price and margin in building a profitable trade business.
Well-developed time management skills.
The ability to adapt your communication style to suit the audience.
A positive and down-to-earth attitude.
Enthusiasm and team spirit.
The ability to adapt and be flexible.
A desire to proactively problem-solve, learn, and develop in your role.
A willingness to learn.
