As a Customer Service Experience Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and processing customer transactions on POS (tills).
We are currently seeking two experienced Customer Experience Team Members to join us on a Fixed Term Basis starting December and ending January 2025:
Role 1: Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm (Service Desk) - 8 hours per week
Role 2: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday 9.45am - 6.15pm (Checkouts & Trolleys) - 24 hours per week
What you can expect in this role:
Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Retail Departments
Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
