Access to Ryan's Renowned Candidate Care Package Be Part of An Iconic Christchurch Project Part Time Hours 30 – 35 hours Per Month Until April 2026 $35-$40 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay A renowned organisation based in the Christchurch CBD is looking for minute taking and ad hoc administration assistance for their meetings. Starting immediately, with three meetings per month, this will involve approximately 30-35 hours of work per month on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities: Preparation of board papers one week prior to the meeting – using their internal document system you will be collating, editing and formatting information Attending meetings and taking minutes – three meetings per month (Board, Internal and Stakeholder) Editing and submitting the minutes within a 2 day turn around with the ability to do so from home Ad hoc admin duties Desired Skills/Experience: Available immediately on an ongoing basis for part time hours Experience in a PA/EA position Minute taking experience in a corporate environment Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Confident and effective communication skills About Us:
