Due to current growth and increased workload, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Minor Works Foreman to join our team.
This role is hands-on and will suit a person who is multi-skilled, can operate an excavator, and is competent with all types of construction machinery while leading a small team.Company Overview: We are a motivated, well-established civil construction company that started in 2014, with a close-knit supportive team.

tyres, oil and grease, plant pre-start) are completed and necessary maintenance is done before machinery operationAsphalt and chipseal knowledge would be advantageousMinimum 2 years Excavator experienceExperience in truck driving is an advantageHave a clean full NZ Driver's license with Minimum Class 2; the more, the better!Wheels, tracks, and roller (WTR) endorsementGood level of physical fitnessAbility to pass a pre-employment drug and medical screenUnderstanding of TTM (Temporary Traffic Management) is advantageousMotivated to work in a small, highly functioning teamWilling to work as part of a team but also able to work unsupervised when requiredIf you think you've got what it takes, please apply via email with a copy of your CV and a brief covering letter telling us why you are the right person for the job.
