Why Join Us?:Defined Contribution Pension PlanAnnual Bonus ProgramCompetitive wagesJob Security (long-standing and growing company)On-The-Job TrainingEmployee Referral ProgramSocial Events/ActivitiesYears of Service ProgramResponsibilities:Work in a versatile environment to maintain and enhance plant machinery and equipment, focusing on process improvement.Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment as per standardized procedures, such as lubrication, oil changes, and air filter replacements for blower motors.Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, drives, bearings, and gears.Ensure proper functionality of controls and safety measures.Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team as needed.Experience with heat treat equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in industryStrong problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting equipment issues, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment.Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions.Type: Full Time
