This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operator to work alongside the Surfacing Manager in building a new division within the business. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm and have the flexibility to work additional hours/days as required. • Carrying out milling operations including routine maintenance pre-starts  • Ensuring machinery is kept in clean and safe working order • Liaising with external stakeholders What you'll bring to the role • Previous experience in road maintenance and surfacing industry • Experience in milling operations • Class 2 licence and WTR • Experience using Trimble would be highly beneficial • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to health and safety for yourself, colleagues, and the public About Us Higgins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
