RealNZ is looking for a dedicated Operations Support team member to help oversee and enhance our extraordinary Milford Sound Experience. Working closely with our Experience Manager, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, coordinating everything from our Day and Overnight Cruises to our Visitor Terminal. This role is all about delivering exceptional guest experiences, seamless scheduling, and operational efficiency in one of New Zealand's most stunning natural environments.In this role, you'll coordinate staff schedules, resources, and vessel deployment to keep operations efficient and guest satisfaction high. You'll ensure all vessels, equipment, and supplies are maintained and ready, oversee guest interactions with a warm and professional approach, and manage health and safety standards to create a secure environment.
