What We're Looking For:

Proven experience welding and fabricating mild steel components
Strong skills in MIG / TIG welding and general fabrication techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
Experience with cutting, grinding, and finishing techniques
Health and safety conscious with a solid understanding of workshop practices
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
