This role is part of our Crisis Resolution Service.Key Responsibilities:Rapid mental health triage: conducting initial assessments for individuals aged 18 and over, evaluating mental state, risk, and urgency to inform care planning and connections to other services.Coordination with mental health services: ensuring timely and effective assessment, treatment, and discharge/transfer, including handover to the relevant mental health team for existing MHAIDS service users.Collaboration: working with triage services, the Crisis Resolution Service, and ED staff to manage high acuity cases and Mental Health Act queries.
