Your new team The Customer Data & Analytics team is responsible for ensuring that we collect, process, and deliver data to our customers in line with our commitments to them. Your team is also critical in leading continuous improvement of this area, and they do this by working across our different teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver improvement activity that is impactful in lifting the quality of service we deliver to our customers. Your new role The Meter Data Analyst role is responsible for resolving customer enquiries and exceptions arising from meter installation, data validation, market updates, data and service delivery, compliance with Meter Equipment Provider requirements, and billing. Lead investigation and resolution of customer enquiries and complaints regarding meter data. Ensure that the integrity of meter and standing data is maintained in a timely manner by addressing data exceptions and related day to day data processing tasks. Liaise with Intellihub staff and customers to ensure end to delivery issues are identified and resolved. Provide feedback on performance enhancements to meter data operational processes and capabilities to ensure business and market requirements are delivered Assist with the completion of ad-hoc projects and/or requests Contribute to the achievement of stakeholder and market service levels Assist with the testing of the end-to-end metering systems Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers About You Experience in energy data processing, billing, switching, or settlement would be an advantage. Relatable experience, or a graduate in the field of data Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, from investigation to successful conclusion Knowledge of and experience in using Python, SQL and R is advantageous.
