In this position you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of drilling, well intervention, and well monitoring works.
Mercury continually has a busy drilling and intervention schedule, and your expertise will help us employ industry best practices and develop new methods to complete the work efficiently while minimizing risks.
Your responsibilities will include:Well Engineering: Develop and deliver well designs in accordance with the business objectives and the geoscientific prognoses.Well Construction Execution Engineering: Be the critical member of the Well Delivery Team to support rig operations in the drilling of new geothermal wells.Complex Well Interventions: Design, plan and manage execution of complex geothermal well interventions.Inventory Management: Manage inventory related to drilling and well intervention.Technical Expertise: Provide specialised downhole technical engineering expertise.
Troubleshoot, analyse data, and optimise well performance.
