This role is working 10 hours per week, based in the Nelson/Marlborough region.We are looking for individuals with a passion for people and tech. With exceptional people skills and a natural curiosity, you'll seek to understand consumer purchasing decisions and deliver a world-class customer experience.As the technical expert for your product portfolio, you'll make a significant impact by driving in-store merchandising, training and support. You will be enthusiastic and customer-centric, sharing your product knowledge whilst upholding the principles of this brand.In order for you to perform your role we will provide you a competitive remuneration including a fuel card, tools of trade including phone device with phone plan and a laptop.Some of the key responsibilities include:Managing fortnightly call cycles and responsibilities within your portfolioUpholding merchandising standards and working to merchandising briefs.Educating customers on products and being the first point of contact.We are ideally looking for someone who has:Previous experience in merchandising OR technology-based retail is ideal, although full training is provided.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence when approaching customers to recommend productsWillingness to learn and share product based technical expertiseAbility to build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholdersThis role has high levels of autonomy and regular travel, so you must be organised and self-managing. You must have your own car, along with a clean, full drivers license.
