A Day in the Life
You will represent Nestlé across our Grocery channel including Countdown, Foodstuffs and independent stores around Taranaki.
As a member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of visual standards and be at the forefront of our displays and products instore.
Flexibility is important. Your standard total hours will vary- you must be able to work a minimum 23.5hours with your days of work being early mornings Monday to Friday, but with the ability to work additional hours to provide cover for other team members.
You will be supported by local Territory Managers and the Head Office Merchandising team however, to be successful in this role, you will need to work autonomously.
This role will allow you to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity, and passion.
ARE YOU A FIT?
This role is perfect for an ambitious and well-presented individual with a passion for sales and marketing, looking for part-time role or looking to kick-start their career with Nestlé.
Ideally you will:
Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes
Be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilise Nestle's creative point of sale
Be proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and
Be a great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Applicants must have full New Zealand working rights and have a current, valid driver's license. A safe reliable motor vehicle is essential.
