Representing the brand in a range of consumer hardware retailers, you will be responsible for driving product sales and creating brand advocacy amongst staff and customers.Fantastic salary package available!The chance to work with a market leader in the Home Security space!Comprehensive induction training and ongoing field support!Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver sales to meet or exceed targets.Represent our client in a professional manner.Maintain merchandising standards on Ring products.Develop strong relationships with key store personnel.Report and provide feedback on key field insights and activity.Manage a territory of stores across the Auckland metro area.To be successful in this role, you'll need:An inspirational and aspirational style that brings the best out of store staff members and delivers exceptional results.A driver's license and a car are essential.Weekday availability - Mon - Fri, up to 20 hours per week.Excellent communication skills and well-presented appearance.Highly organized and structured with a 'can do' attitude.A proven 'people person' who thrives on delivering exceptional service and results in a positive outcome for the customer, retail partner, and client.A strong understanding of the 'Sales Process' and how to convert customer conversations into sales.
