To continually have a focus on-shelf availability, we are looking for a Field Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser for Goodman Fielder, you will primarily work independently, require good time management skills, and enjoy staying active while you work. The role's primary responsibility is to ensure Goodman Fielder products are displayed on shelves and ready for purchase. You will work with a range of products including milk, cheese, yoghurts, and bread.
Qualifications:
Physically fit, as the role requires continuous lifting of products weighing up to 12kgs, such as milk crates or full racks of bread.
Enjoys a role that involves being on their feet.
Organized and enjoys customer interaction within a supermarket environment.
Holds a valid driver's license (Restricted or above) for travel to different stores.
Your physical location will vary between local supermarkets, and you will represent our many reputable brands. Building relationships with grocery customers and maintaining open communication with your Supervisor and store staff is essential.
Health & Safety is paramount to us, and full ongoing training will be provided, along with uniforms and personal protective gear. You will also receive product samples to take home and enjoy!
