Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandise Planner to join our Underwear and Socks division.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning merchandise plans with business objectives, ensuring optimal stock levels, and driving category performance.
With strong financial acumen, assortment building skills and a real commercial mindset, you'll work collaboratively to drive optimisation and manage the product lifecycle process, whilst being consistently on top of trends and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Buyers on a range of assortment plans, controlling markdowns and category spendSetting budgets and reviewing forward plansAnalysing product performance trends and making recommendations for improvementImproving stock-flow & product lifecycle management, maximising our Stock ROIDemand planning/forecasting – includes impacts of promotional activityInterpreting data into a clear narrative & actionable outcomes – story tellingCommunicating data and strategy to key stakeholdersQualificationsYou understand retail and merchandise planning; you always have customers front of mind and can interpret data into stories, translating customer mission strategies into actionable decisions that deliver results.
