Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Mental Health Professional, where your clinical skills and expertise will be key to supporting individuals and their whanau on their journey to wellness. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care within a whanau-oriented framework, ensuring people receive tailored support to achieve their goals.
Two permanent, full-time positions
40 hours per week, with a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
Based in Tauranga

Key Responsibilities
Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their whanau, offering wrap-around support
Provide expert clinical input to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery
Partner with clients to help them set and achieve meaningful goals through personalised care plans
Proactively assess and manage client risks, ensuring thorough documentation and communication
Manage client documentation from initial assessments through to exit plans
Equip clients with the information and tools they need to make informed choices about their care
Skills & Experience
Must have full registration with a relevant professional body (HPCA 2003, Social Worker Registration, or DAAPANZ) and a valid APC
At least two years of post-qualification experience within the Mental Health and/or Addiction sectors (preferred)
Proven experience in creating and implementing personalised care plans
A demonstrated commitment to recovery-focused care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full driver's licence and eligibility to work in New Zealand
