This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the financial literacy and wealth-building of Ngai Tahu Whanui.
Reporting to the General Manager - Whai Rawa, you will oversee the Whai Rawa Unit Trust's member experience and contribute to our mission of enriching the lives of current and future generations of Ngai Tahu Whanui.Te Arotahi Matua - What is the primary focus of this role?The Member Experience Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of the Whai Rawa Unit Trust, ensuring a high-quality member experience from onboarding to exit.
This role involves proactive product management, driving process improvements, and enhancing member engagement through strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:Managing member interactionsImplementing operational enhancementsAnalyzing data to support strategic decisionsOverseeing compliance with regulatory standardsFostering strong relationships with stakeholdersThis position supports the Whai Rawa mission of building financial literacy and wealth for Ngai Tahu Whanui.Minimum Requirements:An undergraduate qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not required.Project management experience and a proven ability to drive improvements.Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a complex environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven relationship management skills and leadership experience in complex environments.An openness to embrace the values and aspirations of Ngai Tahu whanui and a keen interest in growing your cultural understanding in te ao Maori.We pride ourselves on being a values-led organisation, investing in the professional and cultural development of our kaimahi (employees).
