Loyalty is a key pillar in delivering SRG's 'closeness to customer' strategy, where cross-functional teams have been set up to execute and manage the brand's loyalty proposition to improve club growth, retention, and increase frequency and ATV. The Member Engagement Communications Coordinator reports to the Head of Loyalty & Member Engagement and is responsible for supporting the Loyalty Marketing Team and for administration and coordination needed to achieve the loyalty marketing program to drive club member growth and increase member engagement and retention.
You will be responsible for:

Manage member engagement via email.
Design, ensure the on-time execution and monitor performance of personalisation rules and tests.
Establish weekly EDM performance reporting and cadence. Monitor email EDM performance reporting dashboards.
Design new automated customer journeys.
Design and co-ordinate competitions and prizes with Marketing, CCC and Gift Card teams.

To be successful you will have:

3+ years of experience in supporting and delivering marketing campaign planning, production and execution in a fast-paced environment.
1+ year in email marketing, co-ordinating and building email sends within an email marketing platform.
Experience in loyalty and digital marketing.
