The purpose of this role is to effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.The primary responsibility of this role is the typing of dictations alongside varied office administration duties including but not limited to answering phone calls, liaising with consumers and whanau, data entry, and answering queries.About the Team/Service/LocationTe Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
