Greeting and checking in patients on arrivalThrive in a busy environmentAnswering incoming telephone callsBooking appointments on phone and in personInvoicing and collecting fees from patientsAdministrative tasks as neededYou will bring to the role: Experience in administration and working in teamsExperience in healthcare (preferably)FocusedFriendlyReliableA professional attitude, great customer service and a meticulous eye for detailEnjoy working in a diverse environmentExperience with NZ Practice Management SystemDecision making and problem solving skillsThe successful applicant will be flexible with hours, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills.
