Our reception and administration team play an important part in our medical centre as they are the first point of contact for our patients and their whanau.
Experience desired but not necessary. What is necessary is outrageously good customer service skills, a great attitude with an aptitude to learn and to work well as part of a team.
We expect a positive attitude, calm demeanor, and compassionate and caring nature from all our colleagues.
You will be expected to be open to learning new tasks and have an eye for detail and accuracy.
A great sense of humour and a high level of empathy is a must.
