Lock in a new role for 2025! Our client is a successful specialist medical clinic and they are seeking a Medical PA/Receptionist.
The role will initially be a fixed term contract for 6 months, but there is a high chance of this position transitioning into a permanent one.
I have worked closely with this client for several years now and placed the person leaving into their role, so I have a well established relationship and can hand on heart, say it's an environment where the Practice Manager will value the work you do and you will be an integral part of a well run administration team.
About the role:There are 5 doctors currently working out of the Clinic so there is a steady stream of "traffic" through the Clinic daily.
Each Medical PA/Receptionist (there are 3) is responsible for ensuring every patient has a great experience and it is super important that patient care really matters to you! You would also be providing PA duties to the doctor(s) that are assigned to you.
