Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa (formerly Family Planning) are looking for an open minded, empathetic and professional Medical Receptionist to join our clinic located in Whangarei.
This role is 21.5 hours per week to be worked as follows: Thursday 10.30am - 7.00pm Friday 8.45am - 3.45pm Saturday rostered (9.00am - 1.00pm once every three months) Our Medical Receptionists begin and conclude the client experience.
They make our clients feel welcome, safe and respected from the moment they enter our clinics to the moment they leave.
Our Medical Receptionists are warm, empathetic and understand the significance of client confidentiality.
To be considered for the role you will ideally have: Strong interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone.
An ability to handle and balance a fast-paced work environment.
Alignment with our Kaupapa and an interest in diversity, inclusion and equity.
Punctual, reliable and flexible.
Previous reception experience would be an advantage.
