Coastal Medical Ltd have an opening in their busy community practice in Opunake for a permanent part-time Medical Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with a friendly & professional demeanor.
Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Process patient forms, insurance information, and payments.
Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Handle medical billing and assist with debt management.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
About You:
Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 office software, Indici or a similar practice management system.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday, 8:15am - 5:15pm, with the ability to cover leave when required.
