The Role: We are seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient interactions and supporting the broader clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist patients with empathy and respect.
Manage front-of-house and back-office tasks, including appointments and phone inquiries.
Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, cash handling, and data entry.
Maintain a calm and friendly demeanour under pressure.
Collaborate closely with the clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Excellent customer service ethics with good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with patient management systems (Medtech experience is preferred but not essential).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm in a patient-centred fast-paced environment.
