We're seeking a Medical Receptionist to work for a busy medical specialist practice team starting in December! This important role will provide essential support during the busy summer months, with coverage needed through January and February.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Handle phone calls and manage patient queries with care
Respond to email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Load new patient referrals and assist with patient registration
Confirm appointments and provide secretarial support as needed
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
