We're seeking a Medical Receptionist to work for a busy medical specialist practice team starting in December! This important role will provide essential support during the busy summer months, with coverage needed through January and February.
Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrivalHandle phone calls and manage patient queries with careRespond to email enquiries in a timely and efficient mannerLoad new patient referrals and assist with patient registrationConfirm appointments and provide secretarial support as neededProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsDetails: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDuration: 3 months (with potential to extend)Why Apply?
