The Breast Imaging Service at Counties Manukau Health offers you the opportunity to join a fun and vibrant team of Mammographers who are passionate about delivering quality imaging and a high standard of patient care across both our BreastScreen and diagnostic services.
Through our BreastScreen service, we provide mammography screening, assessment, and interventional procedures. Our mobile unit travels through the Counties Manukau Region to provide accessible services to all women.
Our Diagnostic Breast Service provides imaging for our South Auckland symptomatic breast clinics, follow-up surveillance mammography, Family History screening, and many interventional imaging procedures.
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual, who is keen to be a part of our specialised team of Mammographers. You will have the opportunity to work within a caring and professional multi-disciplinary environment.
The successful applicant will have registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologist Board and would be willing to complete a postgraduate mammography qualification if not currently held.
We support ongoing CPD requirements and professional development of each Mammographer. We invite applications from experienced Mammographers as well as MITs interested in Mammography.
We will consider applicants from qualified MITs who are interested in full or part-time work and are happy to discuss working hours with you.
