About the role | Nga korero mo te turanga Our Haematology Department is currently searching for a permanent, full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist.
About you | He korero mou The ability to work in a methodical manner adhering to strict quality procedure guidelines. A team focus with initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Sound knowledge of laboratory operations including safety, quality assurance processes, operation of equipment, and hands-on practical experience. Registration with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand under the scope of Medical Laboratory Scientist and a current Annual Practicing Certificate. Available to work rostered and rotating weekends and evenings. Please note these hours attract penal rates. Eligible to work in New Zealand.
