CLINICAL ACADEMIC STAFF MEMBER - MEDICAL IMAGING
Manawa, Christchurch City Campus
Part Time - 16 hours - 0.4 FTE

This role will involve teaching, mentoring, and guiding students within Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury, working alongside our team of experienced clinical tutors in the Radiology Department.
The successful applicant is expected to be a qualified MIT with current registration and recent experience in general diagnostic radiology, preferably in the public setting.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience as a registered MIT.
A broad range of clinical skills.
Vision, innovation, and a commitment to facilitating own and others' learning.
Flexibility to work in a range of theoretical (tutorials) and clinical courses.
Capable of supporting students to achieve their learning outcomes.
The ability to develop and implement flexible teaching and learning methods, including the use of learning technologies.
The ability to integrate new technology in teaching.
Time management skills, including the ability to effectively and efficiently administer, organise, and co-ordinate activities and meet deadlines.
Engagement with assessment and feedback processes.
Digital literacy, including competence using a computer (including Microsoft Office products).
Effective communication with a diverse range of others, at all levels within and outside the organisation.
