The opportunity: As a Medical Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for the assessment of medical claims by liaising with clients, health professionals and advisers and processing claim payments ensuring a high level of accuracy.

Key responsibilities include: Assessing each claim under the benefits of the policy and ensuring the claim is applicable and within the parameters of the policy. Responding to customer enquiries with an empathic and caring approach. Liaising with providers, including hospitals and specialists, about client claims. Supporting the Medical Claims Manager with new initiatives and process improvements. Contributing to a positive team culture. Ideally, you'll bring: Experience working in insurance or a medical-related role. Knowledge in understanding policies and medical terminology. Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and create positive working relationships. Savvy using several systems and applications. Good verbal and written communication skills. Why choose AIA?
