Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager , the duties of this Medical Centre Supervisor role will involve:Overseeing a team of medical first-aiders, ensuring they are performing their duties effectivelyUndertaking first-aid treatmentsManaging staff schedules, assigning of tasks and handling any staffing issuesBeing an active participant in our Injury and Return to Work ManagementInterfacing with Third Party providers including the sites Physio and Occupational Therapist.Actively promoting Alliance Groups Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy plant, initiatives and programsManaging medical supplies, and ensuring they are adequately stocked and equipment is in working orderContinually seek out opportunities for growth and improvement within the medical centreNga painga - what's in it for you?We are an employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.
