Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with GPs, Clinical and Nurse Leads, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care, driving performance, and creating a culture of excellence.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations while contributing to innovation in primary care.What you have to doManage a leading clinic, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational effectiveness.Lead a multidisciplinary team, including medical reception, administration, and clinical staff.Drive business performance through financial oversight, patient retention, and service growth.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, Cornerstone Accreditation, and workplace safety standards.Develop and implement strategic business plans in alignment with organisational goals.Build strong relationships with GPs, healthcare funders, and community representatives.Facilitate team development through coaching, performance management, and training initiatives.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in operational administration and business management of a medium to large size medical centre.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams.Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance standards, and employment legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with patient care systems, IT tools, and data reporting platforms.If you are in the market for a new opportunity and need a change, this is for you!
