Medical Centre Manager - The Doctors St Heliers• Based in St Heliers• Permanent Full Time Position• Lead change and make a differenceThe Doctors St Heliers is in one of Auckland's most stunning and desirable suburbs. It has a unique character, flowing from the local residents who treasure the village-like atmosphere, and the team are passionate about providing care to the community they serve.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our highly dedicated team at The Doctors St Heliers caring for our population of approximately 9,000 patients. You will be a key member of the leadership team, focused on the development of initiatives and the quality improvement of services provided to the community that we support, and you will become a part of Green Cross Health, one of NZ's largest healthcare networks.About YouWe are looking for someone who has a passion for primary health care and has ideally worked in the health sector. People skills and operational leadership will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management. You will be able to thrive in the challenging and often changing environment of primary healthcare.You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and supporting your colleagues to deliver excellent service; you will be able to work well with health and administration professionals and be able to set up and maintain productive relationships with our Green Cross Health Support Office and external stakeholders. You will bring positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role.Key AttributesExperienced in people, process and commercial management.Professional, resilient, reliable, and self-motivated.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in Health Management is desirable but not essential.Working knowledge of Medtech Evolution is desirable but not essential.In return, we will provide a supportive and positive working environment; this is a great opportunity to further develop your career.You will be part of the Green Cross Health network, one of New Zealand's leading primary health care organisations.
