We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our highly dedicated team at The Doctors St Heliers. You will be a key member of the leadership team, focused on the development of initiatives and the quality improvement of services provided to the community that we support.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a passion for primary health care and has ideally worked in the health sector. People skills, operational leadership and change management will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management.
You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and supporting your colleagues to deliver excellent service. You will be able to work well with health and administration professionals and maintain productive relationships with our Green Cross Health Support Office and external stakeholders. You will bring positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role, enjoying leadership, creating a healthy culture, and developing others.
Key Attributes
Prior experience in Health Management is desirable but not essential.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in operations and change management.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
Professional, resilient, reliable, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Financial management or accounting skills are a must-have.
Ability to delegate and direct others in a positive and sensitive way.
Working knowledge of Medtech Evolution is desirable but not essential.
