You will be a key member of the leadership team, focused on the development of initiatives and the quality improvement of services provided to the community that we support.About YouWe are looking for someone who has a passion for primary health care and has ideally worked in the health sector. People skills, operational leadership and change management will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management. You will be able to thrive in the challenging and often changing environment of primary healthcare, PHOs, funding, capitation, enrolments, and the wide range of reporting that GP practice requires.You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and do what it takes to support your colleagues and deliver excellent service; you will be able to work well with health and administration professionals; you will be able to set up and maintain productive relationships with our Green Cross Health Support Office and external stakeholders; you will bring positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role.
